Our therapy fees are in accordance with the recommended rates in place by the appropriate associations and colleges.

The fees below will come into effect on May 13, 2024

Licensed Counselling Therapist & Masters Level Social Worker Rate
$140 per session, plus HST

$160 per 60 minute Family or Couples session plus HST

$210 per 90 minute Family or Couples session plus HST

$160 per 60 minute EMDR session plus HST

$210 per 90 minute EMDR session plus HST

Licensed Psychologist Rate
$210 per session effective

$230 per Family or Couples session

$250 per 90 minute EMDR session

NeurOptimal® Rate
$40 per session

Assessments

Assessment rates vary based on assessment. Please look under the Assessments tab above to see specific pricing for various assessments. All assessments require a deposit of $100 when booking to hold your place. This deposit will be deducted from the overall cost of the assessment once it has begun. All assessments are conducted by Licensed Psychologists.

Insurance Coverage

Our practitioners are all registered or licensed which means most insurance plans cover at least a portion of sessions. You will need to check with your specific provider to determine whether or not there is coverage available for certain practitioners/services.
