Our Rates

Our therapy fees are in accordance with the recommended rates in place by the appropriate associations and colleges.

Beginning April 18, 2025 the rates will be changing to the following: 

Licensed Counselling Therapist & Masters Level Social Worker Rate
$150 per 60 min individual session

$220 per 90 min individual session

$160 per 60 minute Family, Couples, or EMDR session 

$230 per 90 minute Family, Couples, or EMDR session  

Licensed Psychologist Rate
$220 per 60 minute session 

$230 per 60 minute Family or Couples session

NeurOptimal® Rate
$40 per session

 

Assessments

Assessment rates vary based on assessment. Please look under the Assessments tab above to see specific pricing for various assessments. All assessments require a deposit of $100 when booking to hold your place.  This deposit will be deducted from the overall cost of the assessment once it has begun. All assessments are conducted by Licensed Psychologists. 

Insurance Coverage

Our practitioners are all registered or licensed which means most insurance plans cover at least a portion of sessions. You will need to check with your specific provider to determine whether or not there is coverage available for certain practitioners/services.
