Stephanie is a Licensed Counselling Therapist – Candidate with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick.  She is also a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program through Yorkville University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts – Psychology major from the University of New Brunswick in Saint John. She also has additional education and training in treating ADHD.

Stephanie is an empathic listener who will draw upon various counselling modalities to support her clients including client-centered therapy, emotionally focused therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy, while using an internal family therapy lens. Stephanie has a passion for working with individuals ages 12 and up.
