Stephanie is a Licensed Counselling Therapist – Candidate with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick. She is also a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program through Yorkville University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts – Psychology major from the University of New Brunswick in Saint John. Stephanie is also a certified clinical services provider for ADHD.
Stephanie is an empathic listener who will draw upon various counselling modalities to support her clients including client-centered therapy, emotionally focused therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy, while using an internal family therapy lens.
Stephanie is now available for new clients and is here Monday-Thursday.
In-person, virtual and phone appointments are available to those ages 10+.
