Our fees and how insurance works at KV Psychology & Wellness Clinic.
We are covered by most extended health benefits, and direct billing is available for some plans. We recommend confirming your specific coverage with your provider before booking. You do not need a referral to access psychological services. That said, some extended health plans require one for reimbursement, so it’s worth checking your plan details first. Accepted insurers and direct-billing details: To be confirmed by KV.
All assessments require a deposit at the time of booking to hold your place. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the assessment once it begins.
Therapy session rates, NeurOptimal® neurofeedback rates, and the Low-Cost Counselling Program (eligibility and cost): To be confirmed by KV.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or missed appointments will result in a fee.
Outstanding fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
