Lee is a Psychotherapist (Ontario; RP) and Counselling Therapist (New Brunswick; LCT) with over a decade of experience in the mental health sector. She studied Counselling Psychology (M.Ed.) at University of Toronto and completed her clinical training at Women’s College Hospital in Family Practice. Lee is also a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the CCPA.
Lee’s approach is founded in establishing a nonjudgmental, supportive connection with counselling clients to open up possibilities for meaningful change. She holds a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and also incorporates other evidence-based techniques from ACT, Solution-Focused and Narrative therapies, and Motivational Interviewing.
Lee is a Student Counsellor at New Brunswick Community College in Saint John. In private practice she focuses on short to medium-term adult therapy where goal-setting is central.
Lee is available for individual counselling for those ages 16 years and up in person, by video or phone.
