Licensed Counselling Therapist - Candidate

Elaine is a Licensed Counselling Therapist Candidate (LCT-C) with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

Elaine has a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and a Master of Education in Counselling. She has a background in school counselling and has a passion for working with adults and youth alike. Elaine has trained in the Gottman method for marriage and couples counselling and welcomes couples of all genders and orientations. 

Elaine is committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for clients to process their feelings, work, and grow. She blends aspects of CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy to individually tailor a treatment plan for each person’s needs. Elaine is available to work with clients ages 12 years and older.
