This month Katie Datta, a Licensed Counselling Therapist with us, wanted to highlight Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Glover Tawwab.
Here’s what Katie had to say about it: “I really enjoyed the format of this book as you can flip to sections that are applicable to you! Boundaries are something that everyone has to deal with and when our boundaries are crossed, we often feel at a loss as to how to have those awkward conversations. Nedra outlines such situations beautifully, plus provides direct examples as what to say!”
